Clutch Lever

This vintage clutch lever has been restored to a better then new condition. Surface was sandblasted and powder coated in high gloss black, solid brass cable adjuster was machined and polished.

Kickstarter lever

We modified this kick start lever to include a solid brass peg with an exotic hardwood insert. Main body of the lever was sand blasted and powder coated high gloss black.

Carburator rebuild and powdercoat.

This old carburetor has been completely taken apart, cleaned, soda-blasted and powdercoated. All internal parts were checked for damage and replace as needed.

Gauge Cluster

For this project we designed the face plates, that were acid etched, then powder coated. Solid brass needles and bezels were turned on a lathe then polished to high gloss. Custom three light indicator, with glass lenses was also machined and polished. Gauge cups and bracket were powder coated mat black.

Solid brass oil filter cover

Solid brass oil filter cover for XS650 . Provides better oil cooling. Brushed or polished finish.

Bullet shape foot peg, shifter/brake set.

Polished aluminum and African padauk wood foot pegs. Machined out of solid aluminum bar with an exotic wood inserts.

Voltage regulator cooler

Voltage regulator cooler made out of solid brass. Mounted on black gloss powder-coated fork clamp. Regulator was moved from behind the engine to the front of the bike for better air flow and cooling.

Electronics Tank
